2017

Company Foundation

Qaran Innovative Tech started its journey in 2016 with an ambition to build a Networking team that provides networking services using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring quality and reliability. We were already working to define our standards and become proficient in industry best practices. The plan was to create something that would help us overcome the challenges we experienced in the previous companies we served.

Development

In 2017, we also started our Network, Software, and Database Training wing with the objective of training participants in a way that would make them skilled and capable of working in commercial environments. From our decade of recruitment experience, we identified a knowledge gap among fresh graduates entering the industry. To address this, we decided to develop an Industry Readiness Program aimed at training individuals in various industrial aspects, standards, design patterns, and processes. We are also collaborating with universities to conduct seminars on the Industry Readiness Program.

First Projects

Qaran started with two projects in hand. Both projects were initiated by repeat customers who had previously worked with us on projects sourced from freelancer sites. Those two were very successful projects, and as a result, we were hired for several other projects from the same clients. The projects were enterprise applications across different domains and platforms, including web, desktop, and hybrid solutions.

PBX Solutions

Qaran was also providing PBX solutions. In late 2018, we decided to add an IP-PBX platform to our service list, aiming to take the lead in this area as there were only a few companies offering IP-PBX solutions at that time.
